SERVICES

Viridian Studios prepared tree, landscape, and irrigation documents in compliance with City of Atlanta Beltline Overlay District regulations and Department of Community Affairs requirements. Permit documents included plans, details, and project specifications for permit, bid, and construction. Full-service landscape architectural design complied with the City of Atlanta requirements without needing a variance or special exception.

DETAILS

Located within the Beltline Overlay District, 55 Milton offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and features a community garden, pavilion, playground and outdoor gathering places. With proximity to the Beltline Southside Trail, located in the Peoplestown neighborhood, there is easy access to public transportation and neighborhood retail/restaurant. Public funding and incentives came from federal and state tax credits, an Atlanta Beltline Affordable Housing Trust Fund loan, Georgia Department of Community Affairs, and a grant from Partners for Homes.
