This Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community is in the South Fulton area of Atlanta. Built in three phases, these senior-living apartments provide high-quality amenities, beautiful finishes, outdoor recreation space, and a supportive community focused on wellness and quality of life. Designated for ages 62 and greater, outdoor amenities include a community garden, picnic tables and outdoor grilling area.
