Situated on a 10.5-acre site adjacent to the Porsche Experience Center, the new 135,000SF headquarters is framed by a landscape that reflects APCU’s commitment to community, accessibility, and innovation. The site design establishes a welcoming arrival sequence with organized vehicular circulation, generous pedestrian connections, and outdoor gathering spaces that extend the collaborative culture of the workplace to the exterior environment.
