Viridian Studios provided full-service landscape architectural design for a 2-acre site within the Beltline Overlay District. The project featured a podium amenity area with grilling and seating spaces, a playground with shade structures, and comprehensive arborist services for specimen tree assessment. Our scope included assisting with land disturbance permits, preparing tree and landscape permit plans for SAP and DRC submittals, and creating detailed plans for tree protection, removal, replacement, and irrigation.

Just two blocks from Ponce City Market, this is the fourth phase of Wingate Company’s “City Lights” master redevelopment plan for the 733 total units in the Bedford Pines neighborhood. The focus is to preserve the existing affordable housing options in Bedford Pines, and add workforce housing and market rate options, creating a true mixed-income community that serves the needs of residents at various income levels.
