SERVICES
Jennifer Ilkin, in a previous role as Principal Landscape Architect, integrating over 40,000 square feet of thoughtfully programmed interior courtyard space, creating an expansive outdoor retreat for residents. Key features include a resort-style, zero-entry pool with a sun shelf, a covered bar and grilling area, and a central bosque with a multi-sided firepit and formal and informal gathering and seating areas. Residents also enjoy access to a rooftop lounge, a sky view terrace, a dog wash station designed to enhance urban living while fostering a strong sense of community.
DETAILS
This transit-oriented development is located prominently adjacent to Atlanta’s Historic Oakland Cemetery and the King Memorial MARTA station. At over four acres, the development includes 305 residential units, including 98 dedicated to workforce housing. The project includes approximately 6,800 SF of retail space, resident amenities including expansive greenspaces and streetscape, connecting and contributing to the community’s dynamic urban setting.
