Center for Innovation & Arts Parking Facility

Parking facility is located at West End Avenue and Lee Street at Spelman College. The approximate 20,000 square foot site is located within the City of Atlanta permitting jurisdiction and designed to meet LEED certification. Large canopy trees were preserved to reduce the heat island effect. Islands were built with sustainable bio-retention plantings and pervious pavements were incorporated into the parking lot.
