This market rate affordable housing project featured a wide array of state-of-the-art amenities. The project included a resort-style swimming pool area with an adjacent modern clubhouse, a fully equipped fitness center, and a dedicated dog park with a dog washroom. Electric vehicle parking spaces, bike racks with bike stations, and a Carriage House Garage component with flats above were also incorporated.
